Refund Policy

Shabaka is a digital product. Each game session costs 600 fils (0.600 BD) and access is granted immediately upon successful payment. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Standard rule
Once a game session has been started or used, it is not refundable. This is consistent with how digital, immediately-consumed products are typically sold.
2. When you are eligible for a refund
You may request a full refund if all of the following apply:
- Your payment of 600 fils was successfully charged.
- The game session never loaded, or was unusable due to a technical fault on our side.
- You contact us within 7 days of the failed session.
You may also be eligible if you were charged twice for the same session (a duplicate transaction).
3. When a refund will not be granted
- You changed your mind after starting the session.
- You or your group decided not to finish the session.
- The issue was caused by your device, browser, or internet connection.
- You violated our Terms & Conditions and access was suspended.
4. How to request a refund
Email play@gotoyio.com with:
- The email address or order ID used for the purchase.
- Date and approximate time of the transaction.
- A short description of what went wrong.
- Screenshots, if available.
5. Processing time
We review every request within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Tap Payments. Once approved, your bank typically takes 5–10 business days to make the funds visible.
6. Currency
Refunds are issued in the same currency you were charged (BHD).
