These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the Shabaka game (together, the "Service"), operated by Go Toyio Toys Design & Consulting ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Shabaka. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.
2. The Service
Shabaka is a web-based word-guessing game. Each game session costs 600 fils (0.600 BD). You do not need to register an account; payment grants access to a single game session.
3. Payment
Payment is processed on the game site by Tap Payments. All prices are in Bahraini Dinars and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We are not responsible for fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players via gameplay or chat.
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Resell or redistribute access to game sessions.
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations without refund.
5. Intellectual property
The Shabaka name, logo, brand assets, game design, and all related content are owned by Go Toyio Toys Design & Consulting. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial play. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. User content
Words, clues, and chat you contribute during a session are visible to your room. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the session for gameplay purposes.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. To the fullest extent permitted by Bahraini law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 5 BD, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
